Mr. Khan from Key Car Services is the most reliable and professional taxi service in the Hudson area. We found Key Car Services after a different taxi company cancelled our reservation to go from Germantown to Albany airport. Mr. Khan understood the urgency of the situation and immediately drove from Kingston to Germantown to pick us up and take us to the airport. Thanks to him we arrived on time to Albany and made our flight! We wished more people were as kind and responsible as Mr. Khan. From now on will be using Key Car Services exclusively. Thank you!

With a desperate 6:30am call, I was very much saved by the owner with a short trip from the Bard College area to Kingston NY, so I could rent a car. Kahn was the only cab/taxi service to answer their phone and hopped out of bed and was at my door picking me up within 30 mins. He was delightful, reliable, and priced competitively to what youll be quoted from Lyft or Uber, but wont have anyone show up for. Definitely a reliable choice in an area where Lyft and Uber are once in a blue moon.

When my reserved ride via Uber to Newark airport cancelled last minute, Key Car service came to the rescue!! The owner Kahn was able to get me to the airport in time, arrived when he said he would and provided a very pleasant experience on a long ride. He is a skilled and careful driver and has excellent customer service and charged competitive rates even knowing i was in a bind trying to make a flight. He offered to stop for coffee on the way and is a kind person. Highly recommend his car service any time you need transportation in the area!

Taxi services are sparse in Woodstock, but driver was friendly and price high but reasonable for the area.

Kahn was a true professional! I had a travel mishap and missed my train departure at amtrack (my own fault) and Kahn kindly and with patience continued to drive me from the amtrack station to Poughkeepsie metro north station so I could get to where I needed to go. Even when the train runs hrs. late at night, he waits on you. And his service does NOT disappoint!! GREAT service!!

The gentlemen that picked me up was the only company in the last year that I had called that showed up at the earliest part of his time frame. I needed a ride at the last minute, and I was picked up before the earliest time I was given. This gentleman is professional, courteous, and respectful. I will not call another taxi service, Uber, or Lyft, before I call this professional service. 10 out of 10.

I am a teacher at Bard college and have been using this services several times now from the rhinecliff station to bard, and back. I always make it to my destination on time and the ride is always comfortable. Khan is an incredibly kind person and a lot of fun to chat with.
